Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to manage the shipment process flow from warehouse receiving to carrier distribution including working closely with warehouse team for the shipment updates
• Manage the process for moving finished goods (electronics items) from warehouse to customer
• To provide the best solution/ advice to our customers in order to expedite shipment for customer’s most benefit
• To make sure all logistics and distribution activities are smooth and provide timely feedback for any ad-hoc or urgent shipment
• Regular performance review and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team with continuous improvement action
• To support Eform or other system development
• To prepare expedited cost reports/ billing reports on regular basis
• Other ad hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in supply chain, logistics, transportation, business management, or associated discipline required
• 5 years or above working experiences in shipment area at Assistant Managerial level or above and familiar with the warehouse receiving to carrier distribution flow
• Familiar with import and export shipment procedure and requirement
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal, as well as good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS office applications, knowledge in SAP, Marc-CS, Eform will be an advantage
