Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Forwarder and logistics service provider
- HK office : 300 staff
- We are looking for AIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK – with details as follows :
- Report to the Airfreight Manager
- Work in a small air freight team
- Provide professional customer service in Air Freight Team
- Maintain good relationship with customers and update market & industry development
- Liaise and build strong relationships with airline and co-loader
- Communicate with other teams to achieve a smooth operation process
- 1 to 3 years working experience in air freight forwarders or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Very few OT is required
- Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm; Sat 9:00am – 1:00pm alternative Sat off
- 1.5 hours lunch
- 13 months salary
- Quarterly performance bonus
- Annual performance bonus
- Staff canteen
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder or candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of Air Customer Service Officer (2 posts)
