Responsibilities:

• Generate error reports from the database
• Identify and fix the errors case by case and fix them based on HK CAD guideline provided
• Liaise with internal parties to clarify the data discrepancies
• Inform IT support for further assistance
• Maintain data Consistency and accuracy as well as monitor the changes of historical data
• Upload finalization reports after data confirmation and update internal records accordingly

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferred
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in data handling
• Detail-oriented and be able to work independently
• A team player and fast learner with strong numerical sense
• Good time management and organizational skills with high level of accuracy
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 2:00 – 5:30 p.m.
