Job Description

Purpose of job

Provide support to all Caravel Hong Kong employees and visitors.   Main duties include external deliveries and collections and assistance in the day-to-day administration of the office.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provide internal mail sorting service
  • External deliveries and collections
  • Undertake banking as required
  • Posting outgoing mail and buying stamps
  • Carry out photocopying, filing, and basic office maintenance tasks as part of the office support function
  • Provide assistance with internal office moves
  • Provide cover for the Receptionist when required
  • Provide assistance with conference room set up
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

Education / experience / technical skills required

  • Spoken and written English
