Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administration functions and support including office procurement (e.g. stationery, printing materials, pantry supplies, furniture, etc.)
• Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, facilities and premises
• Responsible for meeting room booking & Back up the Receptionist
• Handle Carnet application procedures and relative reports
• Schedule &Arrange delivery worker on Hong Kong International Jewelry Manufacturers’ Show
• Jobs Arrangement for Office Assistant
• Familiar with ISO 9001
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree /Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant experience in Office Administration 
• Responsible, attentive, independent with good organization ability;
• Detail oriented and ability of multi-tasking;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
