Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle the operation & maintenance of building services systems and repair and maintenance works 
  • To prepare quotations or tender documents, and monitor contractors’ performance 
  • To co-ordinate life cycle replacement works, improvement works and fit out works 
  • To handle service requests from other HKEX Divisions/Departments  
  • To perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned 


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property & facilities management 
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above 
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS office
  • Shift duty is required but shift allowance will be offered
