Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle the operation & maintenance of building services systems and repair and maintenance works
- To prepare quotations or tender documents, and monitor contractors’ performance
- To co-ordinate life cycle replacement works, improvement works and fit out works
- To handle service requests from other HKEX Divisions/Departments
- To perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property & facilities management
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS office
- Shift duty is required but shift allowance will be offered
