We are looking for a high caliber professional to work in the project for client, a large scale global investment bank.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting traders and delivering a high level of client service through ad-hoc troubleshooting and problem solving for end-user queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide application software and hardware support
• Troubleshoot and research possible product bugs or failures
• Monitor applications and their associated hardware throughout the day

Requirements :

• Self- motivated - keen on learning new things, inquisitive.
• Must be able to investigate issues - must have a curious attitude / outlook.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform and communicate under pressure
• Understanding of Windows, MS Office , Lotus Notes, Blackberry, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters Product
