Our client, an international financial institutions firm - investment banking division, they are recruiting an Director for the Syndication & Financing Team, the requirements is as follow:-   

• University Degree or above, any other qualifications is a plus; 
• Minimum of 6+years solid experience related of financing and syndicated loans; 
• Solid experience in orientation, distribution and execution in financing loans for investment banking products; 
• Involve deal conducting, screening, reviewing, pricing, negotiating, liaise with internal department heads and external professionals for deals execution;
• Source lending and co-lending; with good business relationship of distribution networks; non-banking 
• Work together with Sales Team on Syndication and Financing deals;  
• Candidate with experience from corporate bank, commercial bank or investment bank or financial institutions or relevant, asset management or relevant as an advantages; 
• Fluent English and Native Cantonese.
