Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day accounting duties including the preparation of journal vouchers and reconciliation of accounting information
• Support in the preparation of month-end accounts
• Conduct daily fund segregation, payments, transfers and deposits etc.
• Ensure payment and fund transfer processes completed smoothly and timely
• Assist in loan disbursements, collections and refunds
• Liaise and coordinate with banks for daily treasury operations
• Prepare treasury reports for management review
• Support payment and fund transfer processes enhancement to optimize operation efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with all internal policies and procedures
• Participate in new accounting and loan system implementation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance/Accounting/Economics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Team player with positive attitude
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferable
