Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily fund and business settlement, preparation of settlement report；
• Perform daily settlement and corporate actions activities and ensure all activities are efficiently executed；
• Responsible for the classification, archiving, and custody of documents related to settlement；
• Ensure operational procedures in compliance with all relevant external regulators and in house policies
• Responsible for system modification and UAT testing

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in settlement and clearing operations in HK Equities and Derivatives, Global Futures;   
• Detailed-oriented and sensitive to number
• Good command of English and Chinese (fluent in Putonghua)
• Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required if necessary
