Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop & maintain good relationship with retailers
• Handle order placement and delivery with sales administration team to ensure smooth operation
• Perform data analysis and prepare regular report to monitor channels performance
• Assist in the coordination of training for frontline staff
• Develop innovative & effective in-store merchandising & trade promotion ideas and provide feedback on the effectiveness of promotion programs
• Lead merchandisers to perform effective shelf allocation, spacing, product promotion & POP display programs
• Collaborate with retailers & internal parties to ensure the product launch, promotion and other in-store activities are well-executed
• Work with marketing team to develop POSM and in-store display materials
• Monitor A&P budget

 The successful candidate will:

• Degree holder in Business related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience, with account servicing experience in open shelf brands is definitely an advantage
• Customer and detail-oriented, have strong analytical and communication skills
• Cheerful, outgoing & a responsible team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
