Our client is a Luxury Retailer Company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Accountant join the team.

The Job :

• Responsible for daily data entry and payment process for Finance team.
• Ensure the processing of AR/ AP functions in compliance with internal control  procedure and group policy
• Prepare month-end closing, reconciliation of bank accounts, AR/AP ledger, intercompany balance and Treasury reporting  
• Handle vendors enquiries, account reconciliation
• AR/AP review for improvement of efficiency
• Ensure proper document filing and provide administrative support to the department
• Provide support to other Finance teammates for analysis reporting and other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry and Accounts Payable experience
• Have achieved ACCA / HKICPA qualification or equivalent is an advantage
• Positive, patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
• Fast learner and good team player
• Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
