Job Description

• Be responsible for the general ledger and financial books
• Be responsible on month end closing
• Be responsible for monthly and quarterly reports on related areas
• Work with Shared Service Centre on managing Accounts Payable and inter companies balance reconciliation
• Work with Shared Service Centre to maintain internal control environment
• Work on cashflow forecast and recommend actions
• Work on ad hoc duties to management
• Deal with external and internal auditors, external tax advisors
• Work with Shared Service Centre on process to improve workflow efficiency
• Fixed assets  maintenance
  

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE             

• University graduate preferably in Business
• Holder of certificate of Accounting
• Member or student member of the recognized Accounting Association would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Experience in financial accounting and accounts payable would be an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated and independent
• Good in time management and result-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Experience in Hyperion Financial Reporting would be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
