Job Descriptions:

• Develop and establish effective and appropriate compliance policies and procedures for the Group Company as a whole and for individual business and operation units
• Identify and evaluate compliance risks of the operations and business activities
• Review, update, test and enhance the compliance frameworks on the Group Company's various business activities and initiatives
• Handle inquiries and investigation from various regulators
• Supervise licensing matters/KYC checks
• Conduct internal trainings on all compliance related issues
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and provide regulatory updates and compliance advice on business initiatives
• Work closely with back office, front office, internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities on compliance issues
• Ensure the smooth operation of the team
  
  

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience
• Well versed with Company Ordinances and other statutory and regulatory requirements on KYC and AML
• Strong communicator with good management and analytical skills
• Independent, team player and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
• Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
