Group Senior Finance Manager

My client is a US MNC, engaged in technology related business activities. A need has arisen to recruit a Group Senior Finance Manager to be responsible for regional consolidations who will be reporting directly to the Finance Head, play an integral role in managing the overall finance function of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the annual report, interim report and quarterly report of the listed company, ensure the accuracy of the reports and negotiate with auditors.
• Communicate with headquarters’ reporting team for monthly reporting requirement and other ad hoc financial reporting
• Regional consolidations and analysis
• Conduct due diligent and feasibility studies on the group’s merger and acquisition activities
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• A degree holder of Accounting/Finance or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, etc.)
• Group consolidation experience is a must, knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP is definitely an advantage
• 12 - 15 years’ relevant experience in Accounting/Finance, prior Big 4 experience is a must
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Accounting Standards and Legal and compliance requirements
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Possess good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
