Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring clients trust accounts movement, balance reconciliation and handle trust clients deposit and withdrawal;
• Prepare daily cash flow movement of trading bank accounts;
• Assist monitoring and update all bank account transactions;
• Prepare vouchers and responsible for accounting entries mainly on trade, settlement and client rebate;
• Liaise with Settlements for settlement issue/client servicesfor client rebate;
• Assist in month end closing including bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, trade reconciliation;
• Assist annual audit;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in securities industry
• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines with LCCI Higher or above
• Experience in Sun Accounting System is definitely an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and PC skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
