Responsibilities:

• Outdoor work involved 

• Perform debt collection with customers

• Field visit customers according to call route / district. Register & reconcile payment, collect cash / cheques from customers

• Submit collections to Cashiers daily or direct deposit to bank as required

• Follow up overdue / delay payment accounts via phone call or reminder letters

• General collection admin work in office

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• Minimum 1 year working experience, with fieldwork experience must be an advantage

• Able to read simple English

• Proactive, hardworking and good interpersonal & communication skills

• Attention to the details, responsible and work independently

• Outdoor work experience is required
