Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversees accounts payable function of the Group
- Ensuring all vendor invoices are processed and recorded timely and accurately on a timely basis
- Monitor and follow up with the vendor accounts
- Assist in streamlining work flow. Develop and implement policies & procedures of the Group
- Manage and handle ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder in Finance, Accounting and other related disciplines
- Student member/member of HKICPA or ACCA
- Over 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable companies
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- High proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge with SAP R/3 is a MUST
- Strong business acumen, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and being a good team player, able to meet tight deadlines
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
