Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform debts collection activities, including preparation of debtor monitoring reports / monthly statement / letters of reminder, making follow-up calls and meeting with customers on need basis
• Coordinate with Service Leaders to sort out the outstanding issues
• Preparation of monthly ageing and analysis reports for management review and for develoment of corrective actions plan
• Preparation of timely and accurate Maintenance Portfolio renewal status reports
• Prepartaion of net working capital report and analysis

 Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines, with qualifications of LCCI higher or above
• Minimum of 2 years' credit control or related experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Knowledge in using SAP is an advantage
