Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for initiating and implementing various analysis over the company’s operation, primarily focusing on P/L analysis and cost control
• Plan and develop tools or system effective cost control, for instance cost analysis report etc
• Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimation and materials utilization
• Initiate, develop and execute marketing activities within given budget and resources
• Manage yearly budget
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and achieve company objectives
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Accountancy, Business Administration, Statistics, other related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years solid experience in a related field; experience working in food factory and strong finance background will be an advantage
• Able to translate data and analysis into meaningful business insights
• Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess Can-Do mentality
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
