Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • To support a wide range of merger and acquisition activities for listed company
  • To contribute in the origination, structuring and execution of deals
  • To prepare the financial analysis, forecast, financial modules, announcements and circulars relating to M&A transactions
  • Provide critical financial analysis and closely monitor internal controls/ procedures and look for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with local bankers, auditors, tax advisors and lawyers and ensure the company's compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards, involve in the development and maintenance of investor (IR), etc.
  • Drive the overall financial and management reporting for the group’s business operation
  • Provide finance business partnership to CEO and Management team of P&L strategies, new plans development, and other business planning & analysis
  • Perform rolling forecast, annual budget and long-term business strategic planning and provide recommendations to the Senior Management & Board of Directors
  • Involve in company secretarial work in supporting the Board of Directors
  • To handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Board

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • HKICPA qualification
  • Big 4 background with at least 10 years of financial management experience gained from HK listed companies
  • Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeovers Codes and other relevant regulatory rules and regulations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Independent, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
