Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support our Accounting & Reporting Team by helping to prepare payments, accounting entries and financial statements for our month-end closing
- Perform and prepare payments, handle journal vouchers in daily operations
- Assist month-end accounting entries, bank reconciliations, inter-company balance
- Prepare monthly schedules and reports for analysis
- Participate in external audit process (interim, hard close, year-end) and tax assessment
- Support the team on our finance transformation journey to improve our efficiency by implementing new processes and systems
- Handle clerical, filing and ad hoc tasks and reports as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree holder in accounting, finance or related discipline
- Fresh graduates/ 1- 2 year of accounting or audit experiences
- Good attitude, proactive and willing to learn and take new challenges
- Detail-minded and strong organisation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong in Excel, experience in Sun Accounting System or SAP is a plus
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
