Our Client, a MNC with over 8,000 employees in the world. They are engaging in trading and wholesale industries. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for a high caliber to join their team

Responsibilities: 

Assist Accounting Manager to complete month-end and year-end close

Review and check that incoming invoices and post approved incoming debit/credit notes in SAP;

Ensure payment requests are accurate, properly addressed, approved and supported with relevant document;

Issue billings under related format of declaration for local custom purpose;

Examine employee expense reports including checking items align with company policy and recognizing in system;

Prepare monthly payment batches for approved invoices;

Prepare general ledger, monthly balance sheet reconciliation and financial reporting;

Monitor actual fixed spending and R&D expenses vs budget;

Prepare expenses analysis reports to API cost owners;

Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;

Requirements: 

Degree in Accounting or related discipline;

Minimum 5 years accounting experience;

Experience in SAP is an advantage;

Desire to learn, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded;

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
