Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the CEO
• Oversee all finance related matters for the Group including accounting, taxation, banking, tax, customs and company secretarial matters
• Monitor performance of operating units, highlight ad investigate significant issues; makes recommendations and implement corrective measures
• Conduct independent review and evaluations of operating units financial and operational policies and procedures for the purpose of improving the efficiency and effectiveness
• Secure the profit margin of the sales orders to the required level.  All low margin orders have to be closely review and monitored
• Review cost factors used in the calculation, ensure the cost factors used are correct and appropriate
• Overview cash management of all the subsidiaries in worldwide and ensure the related control and procedures are complied
• Make recommendations to the management over the strategies in the cash management and liquidity control
• Close liaison with external parties including bankers, tax authorities, lawyers, auditors and other regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance and be a qualified accountant
• At least 8 years’ working experience in audit or accounting field, preferably with exposure in listed companies and Big 4
• Experience in trading and manufacturing environment
• Experience in consolidation with sound knowledge of accounting regulations and requirements
• Conversant with accounting, tax, customs, foreign exchange practice in HK, South East Asia and China.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
