Job Description

We are a well-established Bathroom Furniture Company and now seeking a self-motivated and experienced individual to fill the following position:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle general administration tasks, meeting minutes etc.
Inventory control and maintain accuracy stock-on-hand record
Handle general accounting duties, bookkeeping, filing and maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records
Assist in periodic management reporting and analysis, such as month-end closing and analysis, annual audit reports, etc.
Provide administrative and clerical support
Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or LCCI Higher in Accounting or related disciplines
1 -2 years' relevant working experience
Good computer skills and proficiency in Mac, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented
Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
Immediate availability is highly preferred
