Job Duties

• As part of the Asia Pacific Investment Compliance Team to manage the investment compliance related activities for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan.
• Assume regional function to provide guidance/advisory and continuous training to front office investment portfolio and trading teams by working in close collaboration with regulatory compliance professionals & global headquarters
• Conduct Pre-Post trade surveillance/monitoring with extensive usage of Bloomberg AIM
• Active participation in regional projects from review of investment restrictions, new product launch, regulatory changes and on-going enhancement

To quality:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Law or related disciplines
• Candidates pursuing CFA/CPA or FRM qualification is a definite advantage
• Minimum 4 years of investment compliance or relevant experience acquired from reputable multinational financial institutions, preferably from asset management firms
  
• Understanding of multi-asset classes of investment products
  
• Good team player with self-initiative and proactive working attitude
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• IT savvy with good communication skill in English and Chinese
