Job Responsibilities:

• To provide operational andadministrative support in facilitating the provision of nominee services toparticipants
• To review issuers’ announcements to ensure they are consistent with the relevantpolicy and procedure
• To deliver the checked corporateannouncements on benefit entitlements or corporate voting to participants
• To undertake other ad hoc tasks asassigned by superior

Job Requirements: 

• University graduate
• Able to communicate effectively inwritten and spoken English and Chinese
• Team player and able to work underpressure
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Access,and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in Macros and VBA is anadvantage
