Responsibilities    

• Perform credit management and debt collection actions
• Carry out debt recovery actions on corporate customers
• Execute routine dunning actions for non-payment accounts of Overseas Agent
• Liaise with different internal parties in resolving disputes and outstanding accounts
• Perform credit assessment
• Handle other credit control issues and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma Holder
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in credit management
• Familiar with Outlook, MS EXCEL and WORD
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and sensitive to market/economic environment
• To be analytical and self-motivated in problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
