Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform routine accounting operation
- Handle daily fund operation and treasury work
- Prepare month end closing and management report
- Assist to budgeting and manage cashflow
- Assist to periodic consolidation work
- Assist to manage annual audit and tax reporting
- Ad hoc assignments by Accounting Manager
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience, with solid exposure in real estate industry preferred
- Familiar with HK accounting and taxation framework
- Good command in MS Office Applications and computerized accounting system
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
