Job Description
Due to our business expansion, we cordially invite passionate and competent candidates to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the office
- Perform general clerical duties such as information search, collection and compilation, checking and filing, interview arrangement, etc.
- Liaise with outside parties and handle enquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1 year or above clerical experience
- Good communication skill, attentive to details, multi-tasking, service-oriented and like to contact people
- Willing to learn and eager to make progress
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese WP
- Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Fresh graduates with better qualification are also welcome to apply
