• Degree or above in Social Work or other related discipline
• At least 5 years’ management experience in rehabilitation service field
• Experience in managing a self-financing service unit is an advantage
• Ability to oversee and monitor the daily service operations of the unit
• Qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated, good team player with abilities to work independently and initiatives
