Job Description

Reporting to the Group Head of Human & Administration, you are responsible the delivery of efficient and accurate HR Administration processes and support through the effective coordination and management of the HR & Admin support team.

Maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR & Admin related matters, understanding each team's unique requirements and provide appropriate staffing solutions; managing the budget as well as the full recruitment life cycle:

Build and promote organizational culture, create a passionate workplace, and strengthen the enterprise cohesiveness and creativity.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing changes
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations
  • Support any ad hoc projects

  Job Requirements:

  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in human resources management with solid experience as Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition  within a sizable organization
  • Experience working at investment banks/financial institutions is essential 
  • Proactive with strong business acumen & regional exposure
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
  • Well-versed in communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
