Job Responsibilities

• Provide administration support across Supply Chain Management to ensure the efficient execution of the supply chain including documentation, record keeping, tender sample arrangement, check and submit POD to client; summarized monthly attendance record for OT calculation
• Perform daily checking and submission POD to clients
• Prepare vendor invoices checking and processing in system
• Maintain stock and order consumable items for office and warehouse e.g. stationary; warehouse materials
• Handling tender sample to customer
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, QSHE and Finance) to gather and verify information such as attendance record; vendor contract / agreement

Job Requirements

• DSE or Secondary Education completed
• One year of experience in similar role
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and supply chain management
• Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in Chinese and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Assistant
