Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR and Admin. functions, including leave management, payroll, medical, EC claim and other administrative support
- Update and maintain employment records
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with 2 years working experience
- 2-year relevant experiences in Human Resources and administration field
- Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Chinese word processing
- Independent, well organized and good communication skills
- Work Location: Chek Lap Kok
