Key Responsibilities

• Provide high quality reception service, greet internal and external guests in professional manner;
• Handle incoming and outgoing mailing, arrange courier services and update related records;
• Manage conference room bookings and maintain reception area and conference room tidiness;
• Handle general clerical duties;
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Form 5 or above.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in multinational company.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Capable in handling multi-tasks among reception and administration duties.
• Pleasant, polite, well organized and positive attitude.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediately available is preferred
