Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide high quality reception service, greet internal and external guests in professional manner;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mailing, arrange courier services and update related records;
- Manage conference room bookings and maintain reception area and conference room tidiness;
- Handle general clerical duties;
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
-
Form 5 or above.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in multinational company.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Capable in handling multi-tasks among reception and administration duties.
- Pleasant, polite, well organized and positive attitude.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
