Key Objectives

• Provide clerical and logistics support to the sales teams
• Assist sales teams in preparing presentation material and samples
• Prepare quotations, costings and related reports
• Follow up sample orders
• Handle customer enquiries and phone calls
• Newspaper cutting and analysts
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in business or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration
• Good computer operating skills, especially in MS Office
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Meticulous and assertive with sound communication skills and
• Eager to learn and develop a long-term career in the industry
