Job Description
Key Objectives
- Provide clerical and logistics support to the sales teams
- Assist sales teams in preparing presentation material and samples
- Prepare quotations, costings and related reports
- Follow up sample orders
- Handle customer enquiries and phone calls
- Newspaper cutting and analysts
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in business or related disciplines
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration
- Good computer operating skills, especially in MS Office
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Meticulous and assertive with sound communication skills and
- Eager to learn and develop a long-term career in the industry
