Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent reception / customer services in a professional manner
• Provide reception, administrative and clerical support to the team 
• Liase with internal department and external parties 
• Assist in ad hoc project as required

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above
• 2 yrs working experience preferably in reception / customer services 
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English including Mandarin 
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing 
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills 
• Well-organized, mature, energetic, independent and self-motivated P
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
