Responsibilities

• Work closely with line managers to understand their needs, requirements and budget
• Identifying effective recruitment channels, preparing recruitment advertisement, screening, interviewing and selecting
• Assist to plan and execute recruitment projects such as job fairs, and recruitment day
• Compose and analyze recruitment statistical reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years Experience in recruitment , preferably in retail / FMCG industry
• Experience in mass recruitment is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Well-versed in MS application and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Attentive; good organization and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
