Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead and manage the front-line staffs to comply the company standards and requirement in all Operations area and ensure the required service standards are always delivered to the Customer;

• Monitoring daily operations and communicate with internal & external parties for handling;
• Manage the front-line staff to handle “flow control” smoothly in all Operations area;
• Update operation’s delay develops and submit handling reports;
• Handle real time customer complaints;
• Monitor all front-line staffs to take safety briefing, services standard reminder and case sharing by daily; and
• Ad hoc duties will be assigned by Management e.g. Applying ISO;

Requirement:

• Associate Degree in Business Management or related disciplines
• Possess minimum 2 years’ experience in management position
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Able to work independently under high pressure
• Willing to work overtime
• 5.5 Days Work
