Job Description
As a result of expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Researcher / Consultant to join our team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the hiring process for clients and candidates from start to end.
- Conducting interviews and screening candidates for job matching.
- Conducting market research in recruiting talents.
- Follow up with clients and the candidates, to arrange for Phone/ Face interview with candidates.
- Prepare the contract agreement to the clients and the candidates.
- Assist in ad-hoc project
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in HR or Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 0-2 year of working experience
- Basic knowledge in IT industry is desirable
- A strong team-based environment.
- Positive and self-motivated.
- Fresh Graduates will be considered.
