Job Duties:

• Issue quotations and process orders
• Prepare documents for daily operations
• Update and maintain various data and record
• Answer and divert incoming calls and emails, greet visitors
• Handle customers' enquiries and business correspondence
• Coordinate with sales and service staff for operations arrangement
• Provide general administration support such as maintaining office equipment and  supplies
• Assist to follow product claims with vendors
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Tertiary Education 
• Minimum with 1 year of working experience related to administration, operations, or customer services
• Better qualified candidates will be considered in a higher position
• Strong communication skill and good command of written English
• Able to multi-task with good time management
• Detail-minded and well-organized
• Immediately available preferred

Monthly Salary : HKD12,000 to 16,000
