Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team on daily routine operations
- Provide support to the Sales Team in terms of preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, etc.
- Updating and maintaining database of market research and Sales Drive
- Able to communicate with other teams and keep the Sales Team up to date on all changes
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
- Tertiary Education, High Dip or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and Sales administrative roles
- Professional customer services and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge in using data / information management software (e.g. CRM / ERP) will be advantage
