Assistant Clerks
Salary:11,325
Location: Mong Kok
Duties:
1. Provide clerical support in receipt and dispatch of applications and other documents.
2. Provide clerical support in enveloping, filing, data-entry and sorting of case folders.
3. Provide clerical support in mailing service.
4. Provide other general office support.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
2. Completed Secondary 4, or equivalent;
3. Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
4. Being skillful in English and Chinese word processing and the operation of computer software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.); and
5. Possess a minimum of one year's full-time customer service experience and/or clerical working experience is preferred.
