Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Professional legal firm of over 40 years history
- Hong Kong office : 120 - 150 staff
- Offering comprehensive legal services to individual and corporate clients covering various aspects including but not limited to litigation, commercial, corporate and property related practices
- We are looking for SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN OFFICER – with details as follows :
- Report to the HR & Admin Manager
- Assist the Manager in handling full spectrum of HR and office administration activities, including but not limited to policies formulation, staff recruitment and training, internal communication, equipment and furniture maintenance
- Maintain HR records and update all relevant data banks
- Prepare correspondences and notices, HR and administration reports
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in legal firm but not a prerequisite
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and problems solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to speak Putonghua will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
