Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to branches and departments
• Prepare regular business / analysis reports
• Conduct coordination of referral business
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in finance industry
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
• Initiative, able to work independently & under pressure and good communication skill
