Job Description
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education.
- Post graduate course in Customer Service/Secretarial skills preferred.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service orientated position is desirable.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an asset.
- Conversant with English & Chinese PC skill.
- Ability to perform typing (at least 25 wpm).
- Demonstrates good interpersonal, communication and patient handling skills.
- Demonstrates independent problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
