The Role:

• Working in a Regional HRIS team under the HR department, you will be partnering closely with HR Shared Services and Technology department to ensure adequate user support for all HR systems in Asia Pacific
• Take charge full cycles of key HRIS and Process projects from development, user requirement, process alignment, project planning, to implementation
• Understand country HR and business needs and advise related solutions to HR teams in the region
• Produce regular reports and identify areas for enhancement and improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or related studies
• 7 – 10 years of HRIS experience with exposure in Workday preferred, and at least 3 years performing in a managerial capacity, preferably gained from MNCs with solid APAC regional exposure
• Good understanding of HR generalist functions along with strong technical HRIS knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills to work well with different stakeholders
• Fluent command of English, Cantonese (and Mandarin)
• Willingness to travel when required
