Job Duties:

• Oversee HR and Administration in Hong Kong, Macau and China offices
• Set up and manage new HR Team in Hong Kong, Macau and China
• Responsible for full HR services in the areas of recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, visa applications as well as performance management
• Responsible for payroll management, MPF/social fund administration, leave management for the Group;
• Develop, execute and review Human Resources policies and procedures for all business locations and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for non-compliance cases
• Work closely with the business units and provide recommendations on the implementation of the rewards programs and incentive schemes;
• Assist in preparing annual salary and headcount budgets, provide advice on budget forecast to the management;
• Handling ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant HR and Administration experience
• Ability to draft policies and reports in English and Chinese
• Outstanding analytical skills and strategic mindset
• Strong leadership, people skills and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
• Frequent travel to Macau and China 
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
