Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for event management of dinners, lunch bookings, cocktail receptions, filming enquiries, fashion events across the JIA Group
• Responsible for answering event enquiries
• Managing an event client database, collecting data and pulling reports for Senior Event Managers 
• Assisting the events team in managing larger client's portfolios and events
• Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Hospitality/Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 1 year’s events admin experience in hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Conversant in English and Cantonese
• Good organizational skills with outstanding attention to details
• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
• Quick thinking and positive attitude
• Good computer knowledge
