Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide quality and instant customer service to customers on repair service via telephone (handle and resolve customers’ enquiries).
- To record call orders and arrange technical support for maintenance service.
- Handle customer complaints and record in log-book.
- (Forward the complaints to relevant supervisor or line manager for further investigation if it deemed necessary).
- To communicate with internal teams to resolve any issues arisen during service delivery.
- (Ensure all problems have forwarded to relevant department and responded to customers properly).
- To perform administrative role for the customer such as job arrangement.
Qualifications:
- F.5 HKDSE or above
- At least 2-3 years' work experience in customer service / call centre.
- At least 2-3 years supervise experience in administrative field.
- Good telephone manner, communication and problem solving skills.
- Customer-focused and able to work independently.
- Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Miner concept of Security equipment are preferable.
- Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge e.g. Access, Word, Excel.
- Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
Salary: HK$11,000 – HK$15,000.
